• The Brisbane 18 Footers Sailing Club offers ordinary, social, junior, temporary and honorary membership classes under its Constitution.
• Ordinary members are those persons admitted as Members to the Club who:
  • are not less than 18 years of age;
  • are of good character and moral standing;
  • are active boating persons, have an interest in boating and/or have interests which are not incompatible with the general objects of the Club.
• Junior Members are those persons admitted as Members to the Club who:
  • are under the age of 18;
  • are of good character and moral standing; and
  • are desirous of acquiring a knowledge of boating 
• Applicants for new membership of the Club must be proposed by a member and seconded by another member, make the application in writing in the form determined by the Executive Committee.
• Payment of membership fees alone does not constitute a proper application for membership and fees will be returned.
